How It Works: The Science of the "Fluidized Bed"
Our destoning technology relies on a precise combination of vibration and airflow to create a specific physical phenomenon known as stratification.
Suspension: The grain stream enters the oscillating sieve deck. An upward airflow blows through the fish-scale sieve plate.
Stratification: The air pressure is adjusted so that lighter materials (rice/wheat) float in a semi-suspended state, creating a "fluidized bed." Meanwhile, heavier materials (stones/clods) sink to touch the screen surface.
Reverse Movement: Under the influence of vibration and gravity, the heavy stones climb up the sieve plate to the stone outlet, while the clean grain flows down to the discharge outlet.
