• High Shelling Efficiency: Achieving a shelling rate of 87% to 90% in a single pass, significantly reducing the load on the paddy separator and increasing overall throughput.

• Pneumatic Auto-Control: The machine automatically engages the rubber rollers when paddy enters and disengages when the hopper is empty. This prevents the rollers from grinding against each other, extending their service life.

• Variable Frequency Feeding: The feeding mechanism adjusts speed based on the volume of incoming grain, ensuring a continuous and uniform flow ("waterfall effect") for optimal hulling.

• Double-Support Structure: Unlike cheaper models, our rollers are supported on both sides, ensuring consistent pressure across the entire width of the roller. This prevents uneven wear and guarantees uniform brown rice quality.
